At the exercises attending the opening of the Mechanics Fair in Boston yesterday morning, an address was made by President Eliot. Among the other speakers of the occasion were Governor Greenhalge and Collector Warren. The Centennial Hymn, composed by J. K. Paine, formed a notable feature of the programme.
