At a meeting of the executive committee of the Civil Service Reform Club, it was decided to send J. R. Procter Jr., '98, as a delegate to the annual meeting of the National Civil Service Reform League, to be held at Philadelphia the 10th and 11th of this mouth. The delegate is authorized to cast the vote of the club on all questions coming before the meeting. A delegate was sent to the meeting at Washington last year.
