At a meeting of the editors of the Harvard Law Review, yesterday, F. Townsend, W. H. S. Kollmyer, and R. G. Dodge were elected to the Board. These men are all in the second-year class, Townsend and Dodge having graduated from Harvard in '93, and Kollmyer from McGill University in '92.
