Saturday evening Dr. William A. Brooks, chairman of the graduate advisors on football, formally announced to the athletic committee that the 'varsity football eleven had accepted the resignation of Charles Brewer '96 from the captaincy of the eleven for the coming season and that they had unanimously elected Arthur H.
