St. Paul's Alumni Meeting.

The annual meeting of the St. Paul's School Alumni Association will be held at Concord, N. H., Wednesday evening, May 30. Robert H. Clarke of Cleveland, O., will deliver the poem and Charles E. Pellew of Columbia College will deliver the oration. The president of the association, Mr. James C. Knox will preside.

Anniversary day will be celebrated Thursday, May 31, and the athletic association will hold its annual spring meeting on that day.
