Moses Day Kimball, a graduate of Harvard in the class of '89 and of the Law School in '92, died in Washington on Saturday last. He was a native of Boston and the first man in his college class. After his graduation from the Law School he became private secretary to Justice Gray of the United States Supreme Court and it was while he was acting in this capacity that his death was brought on by pneumonia.
