The annual tournament for the tennis championship of New England, open to all comers, will be held at the grounds of the New Haven Lawn Club, on Tuesday, May 29, and following days. The events will be gentlemen's singles and doubles. Prizes will be awarded to the winners of first and second places in the singles and to winners of first place in doubles. An entrance fee of two dollars for the singles and four dollars for the doubles must accompany each entry. All entries must be made before Monday, May 28, to Arthur E. Foote, 261 Lawrance Hall, New Haven, Conn.
