The nine played the Holy Cross team Saturday afternoon at Worcester and won by sharp fielding and good batting. All Harvard's runs were made in the first three innings on seven timely hits assisted by three bases on balls and three errors. Holy Cross scored in both the eighth and ninth innings, but, in each case, the run was due to an error by O'Malley. Several times the fielding of the nine was sharp and prevented Holy Cross from scoring. Highlands and Scannell were the battery for the first six innings and Wiggin and O'Malley for the rest of the game. The features of the game were the pitching and batting of Highlands, the fielding and batting of Corbett and the fielding and base running of Whittemore. The score:
