The Interclass Games.

The interclass games yesterday afternoon, though not remarkable for the records made, were yet very satisfactory. Ninety-seven in particular showed up well, winning the games by a margin of five points over ninety-five, who came second, with ninety-four third and ninety-six last, Only one record was broken. In the two mile bicycle race, F. S. Elliot '95 lowered the previous Harvard time by two-fifths of a second, covering the distance in five minutes and thirty-one seconds. The events were as follows:

120 yds. hurdle race, only 1 heat, won by V. Munroe '96; second, H. L. Williams ' 97; third, J. P. Cotton '96. Time, 17 1-5 sec.

100 yds. dash, first heat won by J. P. Whittren '95; second, P. N. Booth '96. Time 10 4-5 sec.

Second heat won by P. da S. Prado '96; second, F. A. Dorman '94. Time, 10 3-5 sec.

Third heat won by L. T. Hildreth '96; second, F. McCarthy '97. Time 10 4-5 sec.

Fourth heat won by S. M. Merrill '94; second, W. R. Mansfield '97. Time, 10 4-5 sec.

Heat for seconds, only the winner to run in finals, won by F. McCarthy '97. Time, 10 4-5 sec.

Final heat won by S. M. Merrill '94; second, J. P. Whittren '95; third, P. da S. Prado '96. Time, 10 2-5 sec.

Two mile bicycle race, won by F. S. Elliot '95; second, A. B. Holmes '96; third, W. R. Brinkerhoff '97. Time, 5 min., 31 sec.

One mile walk, won by J. D. Phillips '97; second, C. D. Drew '97; third, J. Staab '95. Time, 7 min., 27 3-5 sec.

One mile run, won by J. L. Coolidge '95; second, G. L. Paine '96; third, J. Bordman '94. Time, 4 min., 35 4-5 sec.

220 yds. hurdle, first heat, won by J. L. Bremer '96; second, S. K. Fenollosa '95. Time, 27 3-5 sec.

Second heat, won by H. W. Jameson '95; second, H. L. Williams '97. Time, 27 1-5 sec.

Final heat, 220 yds. hurdle, won by J. L. Bremer '96; second, H. W. Jameson '95; third, S. K. Fenollosa '95. Time, 26 sec.

Half mile run, won by E. Hollister '97; second, E. B. Hill '94; third, H. C. Lakin '94. Time, 2 min., 1 sec.

220 yds. dash, first heat, won by P. da S. Prado '96; second, J. P. Whittren '95. Time, 23 sec. This was the fastest trial heat, so Whittren was allowed to run in the finals. The last three trials were won by F. A. Dorman '94, F. H. Bartlett '95, and S. M. Merrill '94.

220 yds. dash, final heat, won by S. M. Merrill '94; second, J. P. Whittren '95; third, P. da S. Prado '96. Time, 22 2-5 sec.

440 yds dash, won by W. H. Vincent '97; second, N. W. Bingham '95; third, L. T. Hildreth '96. Time, 52 2-5 sec.

Running broad jump, won by E. B. Bloss '94; second, H. M. Wheelwright '94; third, E. H. Clark, '96. Distance, 22 ft., 2 1-2 in.

Running high jump, won by C. J. Paine '97; second, A. Stickney '97; third, E. H. Clark '96. Height, 5 ft. 9 7-8 in.

Pole vault, won by H. M. Wheelwright '94; second, W. E. Putnam, Jr., '96; third, E. A. Mott-Smith '95. Height, 10ft. 5 1-2 in., equalling the former Harvard record.

Throwing the hammer, won by M. J. Connor '97; second, E. Cockrell '95; third, J. P. Whittren '95. Distance, 88 ft. 4 1-2 in.

Putting the shot, won by J. P. Whittren '95; second, C. J. Paine, Jr., '97; third, A. Stickney '97. Distance, 34 ft. 8 3-4 in.
