Cook, the Yale coach, was in New Haven on Tuesday and watched the crew row. He is said to have been very much pleased with the form the men were showing and indicated that the arrangement of the men as they rowed was very likely to be final. His only criticism was that the men were rather heavy and might not make a speedy crew. The make-up of the crew at present is as follows: Stroke, Johnson; 7, Treadway; 6, Cross; 5, Dater; 4, Longacre; 3, Holcomb; 2, Beard; bow, Armstrong.
