Notices are being sent to all occupants of college rooms announcing a vote of the President and Fellows of the University, passed on February 5th, which forbids any one to have in college room on either Class Day or Commencement "any punches or distilled liquors." Occupants of college rooms will not be allowed to give up the use of their rooms to any class secretaries or other persons until assurance has been given that the new regulations will be complied with.
