Freshman Musical Clubs.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The freshman musical organizations have begun the year under peculiarly favorable circumstances. The members possess a considerable amount of talent which, however, will require much practice and training before it can be brought into shape for the spring concerts.

The clubs are holding rehearsals three or four times a week and are occasionally coached by members of the 'varsity clubs. The musical committee of the faculty has not, as yet, decided upon the number of concerts which the clubs will be permitted to give. Three concerts, however, will probably be permitted. As usual the proceeds of these entertainments will be devoted to the support of the freshman crew.
