Four American Universities.

Harper & Bros. are preparing an illustrated valume on "Four American Universities: Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Columbia." It will be made up of four magazine articles which have appeared in recent years.

The article on Harvard was written by Professor Charles Eliot Norton a few years ago for Harper's Magazine. The purpose of the article was to give the general public an idea of the life at Harvard, to set forth its exceptional educational advantages, and to make plain its position as the first of American universities.

Professor Norton has corrected the article up to date.
