The business of the Co-operative Society this fall shows a large increase over that of a corresponding time last year. Monday the sales were the largest that the society has ever had since its organization. The number of members is already 1661, almost as large as the total membership of last year. A department of ready-made clothing has been added to the tailoring department in the Lyceum Building.
The dividends for last year will be sent to members as soon as the directory is issued. The Board of Directors will hold a meeting tomorrow afternoon at four o'clock in University 23.
