In order to arouse an interest in rowing in the college the managers of the 'varsity crew have arranged for a series of scratch races and class races to take place this fall. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week there will be eight-oared barge races for the championship of each class separately. For these races, crews may enter at Thurston's up to Wednesday noon.
