Assistant Professor William H. Pickering has written an article for the Astronomy and Astro-Physics Magazine, on "Telescope Mountings and Domes." It is the result of a visit to Europe during which he made a study of different telescope mountings in use in England and France, and compared them with some of those employed in our own country.
