The Cornell Register for 1893-94 shows that the Ithaca institution has maintained its normal growth during the past year. Its total number of students is 1,752, compared with 1,665 last year. A noteworthy gain has been in the number of graduate students, which has increased from 155 to 222. The most interesting figures, however, are those which show the distribution of the 1,267 undergraduates among the various courses. They are as follows; Electrical engineering 322, mechanical engineering 234, civil engineering 115, arts 136, philosophy 117, letters 84, science 86, agriculture 25, architecture 96, medical preparatory 5, optional 47.
