Persons who intend to give spreads in dormitories must obtain written permission from the owners of such rooms as are to be used. The permissions so obtained must be handed to the janitor of the buildings in which these rooms are, at least ten days before class day. In case spreads are to be given in college buildings, other than dormitories, permission must be obtained through the Bursar.
