In addition to Soule Hall which is now building there will probably be still another new dormitory at Exeter next year. The building will be 150 feet long and 38 feet wide and three stories high with a basement. The walls will be of brick with sandstone trimmings and a pitch roof slated. There will be three entrances, one in front and one at each end.

The front entrance leads into a large hall at the end of which there will be a cloak room, on the right will be a dining hall 56 feet long by 38 feet wide which will accommodate 100 students. At the left of the hall will be a large conversation and reading room combined and beyond this will be, for resident the instructor a suite of rooms consisting of a reception room, private drawing room, two bed rooms and a study.

The two floors above will be divided into 21 suites each containing three rooms - two bedrooms and a study 15 feet square. Every bedroom will have its separate window and each study two large window seats.

The basement of the building will be used as a kitchen and a laundry.
