In order to show what Harvard graduates have done for their country and what important offices in the public service they have held, Mr. Charles P. Ware '62 has published two articles in the January and April numbers of the Graduates Magazine. Only graduates of the college proper are included in these lists and the following are the offices and the number of Harvard graduates occupying them.

Presidents of the United States, 2: Vice Presidents of the United States. 2; Cabinet Officers, 15; Ministers Plenipotentiary, etc., 30; Delegates to Colonial and Countinental Congresses, 25; Signers of the Declaration of Independence, 8; United States Senators, 32; Representatives in Congress, 146.
