Visitors at the Rowing Tank.

The captain of the crew has asked us to request visitors who come into the tank-room to keep on the platform at the upper end and refrain from all talking.

The attention of the men rowing is distracted by men moving and talking in front of them and it would be better if visitors would not come in while the crew is actually rowing.
