The regular practice of the Pennsylvania nine began yesterday. The outlook is very encouraging. Coogan, Bayne, Schoff, Higgins, Thompson, McFadden. Vail, Thomas and Mackie of last year's nine are still in college. There is also some excellent other material. Among the new men are Hollister of Williams, Reese of Lehigh.
