The manager of the crew at the Naval School, Annapolis, has challenged the University of Pennsylvania crew to a race on the Severn above Annapolis, June 10. The Pennsylvania crew will accept if satisfactory arrangements can be made with regard to expenses. The Pennsylvania manager has written to Annapolis that there is little doubt but that the race will be rowed.
