The subject for debate at the meeting of the New Harvard Union next Friday will be: "Resolved, That inter-collegiate athletics are beneficial to education in the United States." The speakers are S. H. Foster, L. S., and C. E. Bryan '96, for the affirmative, and F. H. Smith '96 and H. A. Bull '95, for the negative. The debate will be held in Sever 11 at 7.30 p. m., and will be open to the public. The semi-annual election of officers will take place at the regular January business meeting, Monday, Jan. 15, at 4.30 p. m., in 23 Holworthy.
