Dr. Harmon W. Hayley, instructor in the Latin Department, who is at the Cambridge Hospital, was reported last night as in improved condition and with fair chances of recovery. Dr. Hayley was graduated from Amherst in '87 and entered the Harvard Graduate School, where he received the degree of A. M., and later that of Ph. D.
