The will of the late Francis Parkman has been filed in the Suffolk Probate office. The only clauses of a public nature are the fourth and fifth, which are: 4. I give all my printed books, relating to history, voyages and travels, and also all my printed books in Greek or Latin and all my maps to the President and Fellows of Harvard College. 5. I give all my historical manuscript to the Massachusetts Historical Society.
