Five elevens from preparatory schools in and about Boston have formed a Junior Interscholastic League. The elevens, formally admitted, are Roxbury Latin, Somerville High, Brookline High, Dorchester High, and a combination team made up of players from Greenough's, Noble's, and Hale's schools, the latter to be known as the Hale and Noble's eleven.
The following schedule was agreed upon:
Oct. 11, Roxbury vs. Somerville at Somerville; Oct. 16, Dorchester vs. Somerville at Somerville; Oct. 20, Roxbury Latin vs. Brookline at Brookline; Oct. 20, Somerville vs. Hale and Noble's at Cambridge; Oct. 23, Hale and Nobles vs. Brookline; Oct. 31, Roxbury Latin vs. Dorchester at Brookline; Oct. 31, Someville vs. Brookline at Brookline; Nov. 3, Hale and Noble's vs. Dorchester at Cambridge; Nov. 10, Dorchester vs. Brookline at Brookline.
