This week the application blanks for the Springfield game will be ready for distribution. Each graduate and undergraduate of the college is entitled to one of these blanks, on which he may make application for two seats. In case the applicant has a season ticket he may give up the right to a seat in the middle section to which it entitles him, and he may then apply on his blank for three seats instead of two. On no other condition can more than two seats be applied for on the blank. This year no application arriving after November 16 will be considered. Seats will then be assigned to those applications received up to Thursday evening November 16, by lot, before there is any regular sale of seats. The blanks may be had at Thurston's or Leavitt and Peirce's.
The public sale of seats will begin at some place on Holmes Field, to be announced later, at 7 a. m., Monday, November 20. Any line forming for this sale will do so at the gymnasium. This change is made, as the city authorities forbid the forming of a line on Harvard street.
The sale of seats to season ticket holders will begin at 9 a. m. Monday, November 20, at Leavitt and Peirce's. A seat is reserved in the middle section for every season ticket issused and as a season ticket holder is entitled to one seat only, there need be no rush at this sale. The stands have a greater pitch this year, so every seat is a good one. These seats will be reserved for two days and two days only for season ticket holders. The remaining seats will then go on public sale. No man can present more than ten season tickets.
