Whereas the fiscal year of the Harvard Cooperative begins in February, the board of directors have decided to amend the articles governing the society, as follows: "Freshmen may join the society for the first half of the academic year, and seniors for the last half of the academic year, on the payment of one dollar." It is proposed at the expiration of two weeks, to add this amendment to Article I.
