Dr. Charles Ray Palmer of Bridgeport, Conn., has given to Yale a scholarship of $10,000, as a memorial of his son, Alfred Barnes Palmer, '92, who died a short while ago. The scholarship will pay the beneficiary $150, in addition to his tuition fee. The first year Mr. Palmer will assign the scholarship but afterwards the assignment will be made by the faculty.
