Harvard played the final game of the Easter trip, on Tuesday with Lehigh, at Bethlehem, beating by a score of 16 to 1. The nine played a much better game than on the day before, and played almost without an error, each man filling his position creditably. The nine was well together on team work, and each man played a hard, steady game. Howe pitched the whole game, and did good work all through. Lehigh got only three single base hits, only two bases on balls, and two bases on hits by pitched balls. Cobb made an excellent showing, throwing to bases accurately, and stopping everything. Hovey's place at short stop was filled again by Whittemore, and Dickinson played at first. The battery for Lehigh was Gallagher and Davis.
Lehigh went all to pieces in the first three innings, letting in ten men. For the next four innings, however, they pulled themselves together and shut out Harvard from any runs.
