Interscholastic Tennis Tournament.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At a meeting of the United States National Lawn Tennis Association held in New York, last week, through the efforts of Mr. Whittlesey, the secretary of the association, it was voted to make the Interscholastic Tennis Tournament, to be held annually at Harvard, a national tournament. In order to do this, an interscholastic tennis association will be formed from the principal preparatory schools of the country. Notices in regard to this association will be sent very soon to the preparatory schools by the committee of the Harvard Tennis Association which has this matter in charge.

No one will be allowed to play in the tournament unless the school he represents is a member of the interscholastic association. The tournament this year will be held in the early part of May.
