Athletic Coaches at Yale.

The Yale athletic management has secured Mr. George Goldie, of the New York Athletic Club, to train the candidates for the Mott Haven team for a few days. Mr. Goldie is well known as one of the most successful and skilled coaches in the country.

Captain Murphy has secured McPherson, of last year's Syracuse nine, to coach the pitchers and batters, and be general coach to the nine. McPherson has a reputation as pitcher, and as player has made a thorough study of the game.
