In view of the recent interest in Ornithology, a number of students have petitioned the corporation to establish a course in that study. Dr. Agassiz, who is away at present, has given his consent to the use of the specimens in the Museum and Mr. C. E. Faxon would probably be appointed instructor. If the corporation decides to have such a course it might very possibly be one of special research.
