The subject of Professor Hart's lecture at 7.30 this evening in Sever 11, will be "The Chilean Question: a Study of American International Politics." Professor Hart will not attempt to give an account of the late Chilean controversy, but will give a description of the conditions under which the trouble was brought about, the way it was settled, and the principles established as to the relations of the United States to other American countries. He will also consider the questions of international law involved in the difficulty, and will present some facts in relation to it which would not be likely to appear in the newspapers.
