The out-look for a strong nine at Cornell next spring are particularly good. Taylor of the Louisville, has entered the college and will play on the nine as well as coach it. J. W. Taylor who has played first base on the team for the last two years is back in college and also Miller and Towle of the field, Priest the pitcher and Burrows the shortstop. Johnson of the University of Cincinnati nine has entered Cornell and Rich who played on the nine two years ago has returned to college. For the first time in the history of Cornell the nine will go to the training table early in the spring.
Interest in base ball has increased very much during the last year and it is expected that the nine will receive better support from the college than before.
