At the business meeting of the Harvard Union last evening K. DeLaittre '97, R. T. Parke '98, and R. W. Stout '98 were elected to membership. The subject chosen for the debate on December 11 was, "Resolved, That a Permanent Tariff Commission should be established in the United States for the formation of Tariff Policies."

The regular business meeting for December will be held Monday, Decomber 14.
