Sale of Seats at New Haven.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The sale of seats at Yale for the Springfield game, took place Monday, and from all accounts was even worse and more uncomfortable for the students than our sale of tickets last year. The students were not allowed to have substitutes in line and consequently they themselves had to sit up all night. The line began forming about night fall and by midnight there were 300 men in line. They passed the night as best they could in chairs and blankets. Of the 5000 tickets sent to New Haven 3000 were disposed of Monday and the rest went to the team, coachers, faculty, and trainers.
