The first shoot for the Founders Cup was held yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field, and resulted in P. Bancroft '99, scoring eleven points, which was the highest score, and H. W. Sanford 1900, ten points.
The club has accepted an invitation from the University of Pennsylvania to go to Philadelphia and shoot with them on the morning of November 20th, and attend the game in the afternoon. The trials to select a team of five men and one substitute will be held next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, beginning at 2.30.
On Thursday the club will shoot at Wellington. The five men receiving the highest percentage from these four trials will represent the club. It is strongly urged that all men come out and shoot.
