A meeting of the freshman class at Yale has been held to elect officers for the freshman navy, and for the freshman base ball association. Of the navy, which required a president from the academic class, a vice-president from the scientific school, and a treasurer from each, the following men were elected: G. A. Adee '95, president; A. Graham '94 S., vice-president; and Thomas Dyer '95, and B. G. Wells '94 S., treasurers.

The same conditions as to classes held in connection with the election of base ball officers. The men who were elected were: J. F. Hooker '95, president; A. H. Whitney '94 S., vice-president; and A. R. Clark '95, and E. L. Messler '94 S., treasurers.
