Freshman Glee Club Elections.

At a meeting of the Freshman Glee Club, held last night in the 'Varsity Glee Club Rooms, a permanent organization was effected and the club was placed on a self-operating basis. The following officers were elected: E. W. Ryerson, president; R. L. Whitman, vice-president; D. C. Greene, secretary; E. W. Forbes, treasurer. A competitive trial for the leadership was held, in which four men participated. The candidates for the position were L. R. Harvey, W. D. Brookings, H. Oppenheim, R. L. Whitman. The successful candidate will be announced later.
