"Poor Jonathan," a comedy opera in three acts, is given by Rudolph Aronson's Comic Opera Company this week and next at the Tremont Theatre. The motive of the text is excellent and more or less original, but the music, taking all the numbers into consideration, is less pleasing than that of other well-known works of Milloecker, although there are one or two catchy airs in the opera. Camille Darville and Fred Solomon take the leading parts.
