The following are the drawings for the preliminary round with the handicaps which are to be given on each of the three strings of a match:

Match 1, Burr '91, 10 pins, vs. Gray '92, 30 pins; match 2, Hochstadter '93, 25 pins, vs. Sutro '91, 20 pins; match 3, McNear '91, 25 pins, vs. Hovey, L. S., 5 pins; match 4, Shepard, 20 pins, vs. Hockley '94, 20 pins; match 5, Batchelder '92, 15 pins, vs. Wildes '94, 25 pins; match 6, Stead '91, 10 pins, vs. Ingalls '92, 25 pins; match 7, Rhoades '92, scratch, vs. Foss, Vet., 30 pins; match 8, Thayer, L. S., 30 pins, vs. Winslow '93, 30 pins; match 9, Coffin '94, scratch, vs. Cromwell '92, 20 pins; match 10, Lockett '92, scratch, vs. Straus '93, 30 points; match 11, Draper '92, 20 pins, vs. Mackay '92, 30 pins.

The following men were not drawn in the preliminary round: Hyams, L. S. 30 pins; Garland '93, 20 pins; Weed '94, 20 pins; Hoppin '93, 30 pins, and Paine '94, 25 pins.

The matches of the preliminary rounds are arranged as follows: Monday at 3.15 p. m., match 5; 4.15 p. m., match 1; 5 p. m., match 6. Tuesday, 3.15 p. m., match 8; 4.15 p. m., match 2; 5 p. m., match 9. Wednesday, 3.15 p. m., match 7; 4.15 p. m., match 10; 5 p. m., match 3. Thursday, 3.15 p. m., match 11; 5 p. m., match 4.

Every one must pay his entrance fee before his first match, and if anyone cannot play at the time arranged he must let me know immediately.
