S., 90 pins, 453 to 432; and Lockett '92, scratch, beat Straus '93, 90 pins, 502 to 415. Yesterday, Mackay '92, 90 pins, beat Draper '92, 60 pins, 501 to 373. The individual scores of these three matches were as follows: Rhoades, scratch, 138, 173, 142; Foss, 30 pins, 152, 146, 134; Lockett, scratch, 190. 130, 182; Straus, 30 pins, 153, 121, 141; Mackay, 30 pins, 166, 163, 172; Draper, 20 pins, 128, 115, 130. The match between McNear '91, 75 pins, and Hovey, L. S., 15 pins, went by default to McNear. The matches today will be between Weed '92, 60 pins, and Hoppin '93, 90 pins, at 3.15 p. m.; Hyams '92, 90 pins, and Sutro '91, 60 pins, at 4.15; Gray '92, 90 pins, and Paine '94, 75 pins, at 5 p. m. The highest scores that have been made in the tournament so far are by Lockett, scratch, 502, Coffin, scratch, 502, and Mackay, 90 pins, 501.
