The Harvard University Cycling Association met in 12 Grays last evening to elect a member of the executive committee from the freshman class. F. S. Pratt was the member chosen. The association intends to hold a large open meeting in the spring, and it hopes to receive contestants from many colleges. To pay the expenses of this meeting, the association, which is at present $300 in debt, is working hard to raise subscriptions.
