Harvard Track Athletes Allowed to Compete in New York.

Last night at a meeting of the Committee on the Regulation of Athletic Sports, the petition of the H. A. A. to be allowed to compete in the intercollegiate games came up for consideration. The Committee voted: "That the H. A. A. be permitted to take part in the games of the I. C. A. A. in New York, May, 1891."

This action relaxes for this year the New England rule for the benefit of the H. A. A.
