The field at Springfield will be entirely closed in with seats this year and in addition there will be a fence four feet high around the whole field. The price of the seats at the end will be $1.00 while those in the two middle divisions will cost $1.50. These middle divisions will be divided into ten sections, A to J inclusive and each section will seat 500; there will be no numbered seats however. No tickets for admittance only will be sold as everyone must be seated. The gates will be opened certainly by noon and probably sooner. The excursion tickets will cost $2.50 and will be good on the special train only; this train will leave Boston at 9.20 a.m., and returning will leave Springfield at 5 p.m., or twenty minutes after the game. The railroad tickets can be bought at the same time as the seat tickets, that is after 7.35 a.m. Monday next.
