The meeting as advertised was called to order promptly at 7 o'clock last evening, President Trafford in the chair. The attendance was small not filling Holden Chapel.
Secretary and treasurer's reports showed a prosperous condition of the class finances-President B. W. Trafford, Vice-president Joseph W. Upton; Secretary Carl L. Schurz, Jr., were unanimously re-elected by acclamation. The secretary read a letter of resignation from Treasurer W. L. Douglas. The meeting accepted the resignation and voted to unite the office with that of the secretary and have the two filled by one person. Carl L. Schurz. Jr., was elected treasurer. After about fifteen minutes session the meeting adjourned.
