Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
The Harvard Glee and Banjo Clubs gave their first concert in Chicago on the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 24th, at the Central Music Hall. A very enthusiastic audience was present and greeted the clubs with great applause. The newspapers spoke very highly of the work of Messrs. Williams, Atkinson, Farwell and Wendell. Mr. Wendell's Irish songs were apparently the favorites. The Mandolin Club rendered In Old Madrid" in a delightful manner. "As a whole the work of the clubs compared very favorably to that of former years and seemed to show more careful and accurate training."
Mr. William Bently Walker gave a reception to the glee and banjo clubs at his home, 2027 Prairie Avenue, the afternoon before the concert. Afterward the Harvard Club gave a reception at the University Club rooms.
