The scratch races for four oars will be held this afternoon on the Charles River. The course will be from the Weld Boat House to the Harvard Boat House, four crews rowing in a heat. The races will be started promptly at 4 30, and the crew will row in the order in which they were drawn. Men must be on hand promptly, ready to row, or their places will be filled.
